Slims is Awesome came in for chicken nd waffles,kids are free on Sundays. My waffles came in hot nd fresh my tenders hot, fresh nd delicious.

I’ve been a regular customer for the last 3 years. Since January of this year, the service has been in a decline. We’ve had multiple order mix ups and forgotten items. Today I waited 30 minutes for cold food. Asked if they could redo it, and was told no because they were too busy and I’d have to just eat it. I also ordered a to-go order and asked if it could be delayed 10 minutes. I was told yes, so I placed the order. The to-go food was brought with the rest of the order, which meant it being extra cold by the time I got it home, and was told that they were too busy to honor what I was initially told. Also, I suddenly couldn’t get chips as a side on my child’s meal, was told it’s never been an option, despite getting them for the past year as a side. I’m only giving 3 stars because it used to be an enjoyable experience. Today was definitely a 1 star.
